Kuroutoshikou, a Japanese brand, has just added fresh options to its AMD graphics card lineup with the new Radeon RX 9060 XT in 16 GB and 8 GB versions. As we’ve seen before, this company seems to borrow designs from bigger names like PowerColor/PC Partner and GALAX. Their latest cards are black Reaper models without stickers, sticking to AMD’s standard settings instead of overclocking. You can still spot a PowerColor logo stamped on the simple I/O shield, giving a hint of where the design comes from.

Flipping through Kuroutoshikou’s catalog, you’ll notice familiar unbranded Hellhound, Fighter, and Low Profile models from current and past generations. The brand keeps things minimal, with retail packaging featuring a sleek, mostly brushed gold look. Their Blade and Soul NEO crossover tried something different, but sadly, it didn’t include character illustrations on the shroud or backplate. These products are only available in the Japanese PC market, though the good news is that nearly identical PowerColor cards are widely available around the world.
What do you think about these new Radeon cards? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
