Noctua might not be a name everyone knows, but if you’re into PC building, it’s a big deal! This brand is famous for its top-notch, super-quiet fans and coolers, all with that signature brown look that fans adore. So far, Noctua has focused on air cooling, but they’re shaking things up at Computex with their first liquid-cooled products!
On the show floor, they showcased a prototype all-in-one CPU cooler featuring a triple-fan setup and a 360mm radiator. They also hinted that 240mm and 420mm versions are in the works, with the first ones expected to hit shelves in early 2026—though that’s just a rough guess for now. You could always pair Noctua fans with another brand’s AIO, but Noctua’s version stands out. It uses an Asetek pump with a clever “3-layer soundproofing and tuned-mass damper” design, promising a much quieter operation.
What’s cool (pun intended) is the optional 80mm fan you can add to the pump head. This little fan uses something called the Coandă effect to cool nearby components like RAM or SSDs—don’t ask me to explain the physics, but I’m excited to test it out! It feels way more practical than another LCD screen hidden inside my opaque Fractal case.
What do you think about Noctua stepping into the liquid cooling world? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
